菠菜瘦肉粥 Posted by 无角犀牛

材料:大米,糯米(没有也可以),肉馅,鲜虾仁,鲜香菇,菠菜,胡萝卜,葱花,盐,鸡精

做法:

1。将大米和少量糯米洗净。

2。把鲜虾仁切成小块。

3。把鲜香菇洗净,切成小块。

4。把胡萝卜洗净,切成小块。

5。把洗净的大米,糯米,肉馅,虾仁,香菇,胡萝卜放在电饭锅里,调成熬粥的方式,千万别忘了放水。

6。把菠菜洗净,切去根部。

7。待到粥七八成熟的时候,放入菠菜和葱花。

8。当粥快好的时候,放入盐和鸡精。

9。等到电饭锅跳到保温的时候,即可食用。

作者点评:. 这个粥非常营养,健康。而且使用电饭锅做的,所以在煮粥的时候,不用一直守在锅旁。这样就可以一边做饭一边玩了。就是有一点不太好,那就是使用材料很多,每样用一点,就能煮出一锅来,一个人要吃好几顿才能吃完。
