材料：皮蛋一个，豆腐一块，盐，鸡精
做法：
1。将皮蛋切成碎块，米粒那么大，或者再大一点。
2。将切好的皮蛋跟豆腐混合在一起，再放入盐跟鸡精，搅拌均匀，即可食用。
