材料：スポンジケーキミックス1袋，鸡蛋三个，白砂糖，水（豆奶，牛奶），果圃（自选）
做法：
1。将鸡蛋的蛋黄和蛋白分开。
2。蛋黄，スポンジケーキミックス1袋，45ml水（或者豆奶）均匀搅拌在一起。
3。将蛋白打出泡沫，加上适量白砂糖，再次打出泡沫。
4。将3。里打出泡沫的蛋白倒到2。的面糊里搅拌均匀。然后再继续大蛋白，把打出的泡沫再加在面糊里搅拌。直到把全部蛋白加入搅拌完为止。
5。把搅拌完的面糊放在模具里，在上面放上果圃。
6。在烤箱中170度，烤30-40分钟。完成。
