材料:鸡翅膀一盒(最好是中翅),啤酒一罐,葱,姜,香菜,五香粉,白砂糖,盐,酱油,鸡精,食用油
做法:
1。将鸡翅膀洗净,把翅根,中翅,翅尖切开。
2。葱,姜,香菜洗净。葱,香菜切段。姜切片。
3。在锅中放油,待油热了,放入葱,姜爆炒,然后放入鸡翅,翻炒,直到鸡翅的表皮熟了之后,倒入啤酒,以刚好末过鸡翅为准。
4。放入适量五香粉,酱油,白砂糖一大勺,大火炖到汤汁粘稠,放入香菜,适量盐和鸡精,翻炒几下出锅,即可食用。
