土豆饼(朝鲜族料理) Posted by 无角犀牛

材料:土豆,淀粉,少量胡萝卜,葱,盐,鸡精,食用油.

做法:

1。将土豆,胡萝卜,葱洗净,削皮,磨成土豆泥。

2。把土豆泥,胡萝卜泥,葱泥,少量盐,鸡精,并加适量淀粉搅拌在一起,备用。

3。在平底锅里放入适量食用油,用中火或者小火,待油热了之后,放入一两勺土豆泥,并且摊平。待饼的下面已经熟了并且饼已经成形的时候,翻面继续煎,直到完全熟了为止,出锅。

4。用细碎的葱花跟酱油调成调味料,吃的时候土豆饼蘸着调料吃。
