材料：瘦猪肉，番茄酱，白砂糖，食盐，食用油，淀粉，鸡蛋
做法：
1。将瘦肉切片备用。鸡蛋打开，去掉蛋黄，只留蛋白备用。
2。把瘦肉，蛋白，少许食盐，淀粉搅拌在一起。
3。架起油锅，油热了之后放入瘦肉片炸到基本熟了，取出。
4。另起一锅，放入少许食用油，油热之后放入白砂糖，番茄酱，少许食盐，大火炒匀。放入炸好的瘦肉片，盘炒到完全熟了为止。

第一次尝试做这个菜，还比较成功。味道酸甜可口，很开胃，可是有点油腻。偶尔解解馋还可以，经常吃不利于减肥。我要克制我自己。呵呵，不过偶尔吃点也没什么啦。
