材料：蕨菜，辣椒面，食用油，食盐，鸡精
做法：
1。如果是蕨菜干的话就要先用水泡1到两天，然后再煮，煮到蕨菜比较软，感觉可以食用为止。如果是买的水煮保鲜的蕨菜的话，那就可以直接使用了。
2。把蕨菜用水冲洗干净，切成2-3公分的小段。
3。架锅，放入食用油，油热了放入辣椒面，感觉像炸辣椒油。之后放入蕨菜，再放入较多的盐和适量的鸡精。炒熟之后就可以出锅了。

这个菜可以当成是咸菜，放在罐子里可以保存的比较久。当然一定要放在冰箱里。懒人有懒福，做一次可以吃很多天。而且是山野菜，很有营养哟。
